Orders are confirmed by phone and normally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Each helmet is checked, bagged and packed in a reinforced outer carton.

Most major cities receive orders within 2 to 4 business days. Remote areas may require additional transit time.

Unworn helmets may be exchanged within 7 days when the visor film, labels, packaging and accessories remain intact. Delivery charges may apply.
